Unplugging it. FB isn’t much better, I keep it as a digital address book I think but not really interested in that dynamic. I’m glad I see that about myself, it’s an emotional bandit for me, I don’t want to surrender any of my power to it. Shit IIm 55 years old for God sakes. Why waste precious moments in that shallow arena.
