“The way out is in.” Thats the summary of all of it here. The “practice” after that acceptance is just being okay inside and accepting the outside as merely “you the observer” of what is happening in front of you. If you listen to any of my consciousness “YouTube gurus” on this topic of accepting “what is,” they are all good, but, you might try Kornfield first. The host is a younger guy. You can search forever in a fearful, cowardly haze for “absolute” conclusions or you can realize grey area choices can (and must) be made for humans in a democratic country.
You can handle it. Listen to both sides, follow your heart, form a position based on both. Don’t sit these days out hiding. And the Ukraine bloody massacre is just one issue we must face. Be like a judge, the world is your courtroom.
Think of the world your kids will occupy.
Don’t comment negatively, think of solutions. The USA needs that right now.
The sadistic gamble of biting down on a hoped-for half-popped popcorn but instead discovering it’s not even a quarter popped. Ouch. Tread lightly lads. ¡cuidado!

This is an obvious point, but cannot overstated. There is an enormous difference between deporting someone – where they get off a plane as a free citizen in their home country AND FUNNELING THEM INTO A BRUTAL PRISON FROM WHICH THEY HAVE NO CHANCE OF EVER EMERGING!!!
