“The way out is in.” Thats the summary of all of it here. The “practice” after that acceptance is just being okay inside and accepting the outside as merely “you the observer” of what is happening in front of you. If you listen to any of my consciousness “YouTube gurus” on this topic of accepting “what is,” they are all good, but, you might try Kornfield first. The host is a younger guy. You can listen to his brief intro or ffwd through his introduction to Jack’s talk. I like him but he’s just the intro guy. Jack has “the words” man, wow! Love ya. Jack Kornfield is a YouTube Teacher I’ve started listening to in the recent 6 mos or so.
Not a traditional message but very relevant to the teachings of Christ today to me in Easter 2025. If it offends, please ignore. I would recommend it though, Jack is very respectful of Christ. We’re all just humans trying to be ok, whatever “hat” we wear today. Love you guys, DAme. 4/20/2025

Choices are before you as Americans

He might as well be a nobody, he is speaking the truth.

You can search forever in a fearful, cowardly haze for “absolute” conclusions or you can realize grey area choices can (and must) be made for humans in a democratic country.

You can handle it. Listen to both sides, follow your heart, form a position based on both. Don’t sit these days out hiding. And the Ukraine bloody massacre is just one issue we must face. Be like a judge, the world is your courtroom.

Use your power of choice through reason. You are America, not the user of the oval office for 4 short years.

Think of the world your kids will occupy.

Don’t comment negatively, think of solutions. The USA needs that right now.
