The “practice” after that acceptance is just being okay inside and accepting the outside as merely “you the observer” of what is happening in front of you. If you listen to any of my consciousness “YouTube gurus” on this topic of accepting “what is,” they are all good, but, you might try Kornfield first. The host is a younger guy. Jack Kornfield is a YouTube Teacher I’ve started listening to in the recent 6 mos or so. Not a traditional message but very relevant to the teachings of Christ today to me in Easter 2025. If it offends, please ignore. I would recommend it though, Jack is very respectful of Christ. We’re all just humans trying to be ok, whatever “hat” we wear today.
