Hi folks. This post was written in hopes of getting people together who share the same issue with MySpace. I have found in the past that publishing support articles to the web gets faster results than MySpace’s internal “help” dept.
Below is the back and forth I’ve had with them so far. Myspace, if you read this:
I am neither a female nor a Capricorn!!! Please give me the ability to fix the error that exists on my profile! There is no way to change either my birth date or my male or female gender status. Guess what … nothing weird going on, I’ve been a male since I was born in 1969. This is a music account that I use to promote my shows. I hate to do false advertising MySpace! This change must have happened in the past few months and I did not authorize it.
You’d think this would be an easy thing to fix.
MySpace? My fans and I are waiting for a human response please 🙂
Dear MySpace: This is my second correspondence regarding this problem. My hope is to get a human response. I do understand you are swamped with help requests.
